规模化猪场3种消毒剂的消毒效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 为了解不同消毒剂对猪场消毒效果的影响,本研究通过对不同消毒剂、不同消毒时间对猪场进行消毒,以评价其消毒液的消毒效果,为猪场生物安全防控提供基础。本研究先通过16S rRNA技术对猪场环境中常见菌进行鉴定,然后选用猪场常用消毒剂过硫酸氢钾、消毒灵和新型消毒材料氧化钛为试验药物,以消毒后环境中细菌总数为研究指标,考察不同消毒剂的消毒效果,试验结果表明:猪场环境中常见细菌为埃稀氏大肠杆菌、变形假单胞菌和头状葡萄球菌。使用过硫酸氢钾、消毒灵和新型消毒材料氧化钛等消毒液消毒后7 d内,妊娠猪舍空气沉降菌总数均有不同程度的降低,过硫酸氢钾和消毒灵消毒液在消毒后3、7 d有增长趋势,新型消毒材料氧化钛在消毒后7 d内细菌总数持续降低,与消毒前相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:过硫酸氢钾、消毒灵和新型消毒材料氧化钛均有一定的消毒效果,但以新型消毒材料氧化钛消毒效果更显著。 In order to understand the effect of different disinfectants on disinfection of pig farms.In this study,different disinfectants and different disinfection time were used to disinfect pig farms,so as to evaluate the disinfection effect of the disinfectants and provide a basis for biosafety prevention and control of pig farms.In this study,16S rRNA technology was used to identify common bacteria in the environment of pig farms,and then potassium persulfate,disinfectant and titanium oxide,commonly used disinfectants in pig farms,were selected as experimental drugs.The total number of bacteria in the environment after disinfection was taken as the research index to investigate the disinfection effects of different disinfectants. The experimental results showed that: Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas proteus and Staphylococcus cephalis are common bacteria in pig farm environment.Used potassium hydrogen sulfate and disinfection spirit and new materials such as titanium oxide disinfection disinfection disinfection,within 7 d after settlement of gestation crates air bacterium total reduced to some extent,potassium hydrogen sulfate and disinfection disinfectant in disinfection of spirit after 3,7 d growth trend,the new titanium oxide in disinfection disinfection materials within 7 d after decreasing the total number of bacteria,Compared with that before disinfection,the difference was very significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Potassium bisulfate,sanitizing and titanium oxide have certain disinfection effect, but the new disinfection material titanium oxide is more significant.
