摘要
为了避免铝拱顶储罐因雷击造成火灾燃爆事故,提出一种基于滚球法的直击雷防护方案。开发了多圈短杆的直击雷仿真模型,模拟150 kA直击雷和99%雷电保护水平冲击试验并进行优化,仿真结果显示优化后的保护方案满足抗150 kA直击雷和99%雷电保护水平;建立铝拱顶10∶1微缩实验模型,开展了20组棒状电极高压接闪试验,试验结果证明:多圈短杆的雷电防护方案接闪概率为90%,在雷电先导位于内圈接闪杆和外圈接闪杆之间上方与接闪杆和铝拱顶距离相同时,该保护方案存在保护不充足的情况。研究结果可对铝拱顶储罐的雷电防护设计提供数据支撑。
In order to avoid fire and explosion accidents of aluminum lightning strikes on aluminum dome roof tanks, a direct lightning protection scheme based on rolling ball method was proposed, a direct lightning protection model of multi circle short rods was developed, a 10∶1 miniature experimental model of aluminum dome roof was established, and 20 groups of rod electrode high-voltage lightning protection tests were carried out. The test results showed that the lightning protection scheme of multi circle short rods had a lightning protection probability of 90%. When the lightning leader was located above the inner ring lightning rod and the outer ring lightning rod, and the distance between the lightning rod and the aluminum dome was the same, the protection scheme was insufficient. The research results could provide data support for lightning protection design of aluminum dome roof tanks.
