摘要
中国北京世界园艺博览会中国馆主体结构呈半环状,造型复杂,结构框梁分布密集、截面尺寸大,结构板型均为不规则的三角形或四边形,同时设有50 m大跨度钢筋混凝土双曲面拱梁,如此异形复杂的结构模板支撑体系施工经验较少。结合工程特点难点,选择承插型盘扣式脚手架及异形三角架作为模板支撑体系,合理的设计架体构造,加强异形模板的拼接与定位,详细介绍了超限模架支撑体系在异形结构场馆中的施工应用,对各项事项进行了详尽的阐述。
The China Pavilion for the "2019 Beijing International Horticultural Expo" had a semicircle appearance, with intensively distributed structural frame beams, large section size and irregularly-shaped structural slabs(irregular triangle or quadrilateral in shape). Besides, long span(50 m)reinforced concrete hyperbolic arch beam arch beams were used. There was little experience concerning the construction of the irregularly-shaped formwork support system of complex structure. Considering the characteristics and challenges of the project, socket type disc buckle scaffold and irregularly-shaped tripod were used as formwork support system. Frame structure was rationally designed to reinforce the assembling and fixation of the irregularly-shaped slabs. Construction of out-of-gauge formwork support system was described in great details.
