摘要
津浦铁路浦口机务段英式建筑是近代英式工业建筑遗产的重要代表,为外围砖墙+内部混凝土柱+木屋架的特殊结构形式,使用至今,已存在严重的残损病害,亟需对其进行加固修缮。依据其价值评估及现状评估结果,分别就结构加固技术及建筑修缮技术进行分析总结,包括墙体加固、木檩条加固、木屋架加固、混凝土柱加固、屋面修缮和墙体修缮等,介绍了一些有效的解决办法,可以为类似近代工业建筑遗产的保护设计提供借鉴。
Pukou locomotive depot of Tientsin-Pukow Railway is an important representative of modern industrial architectural heritages with British style. It has a special structural system of peripheral brick wall + internal concrete column + wooden roof truss. Up to now, there have been serious damage diseases, which need to be strengthened and repaired urgently. Based on its value evaluation and current situation evaluation results, this paper analyzes and summarizes the structural reinforcement techniques and architectural repair techniques, including the wall reinforcement technique, the wood purlin reinforcement technique, the wood roof truss reinforcement technique, the concrete column reinforcement technique, the roof repair and wall repair techniques, and introduces some effective solution methods, which can provide reference for the conservation design of similar modern industrial architectural heritage.
