摘要
面向双疫情影响之下的畜牧业数字化转型风口,针对猪场降本增效、提质增产、安全防控等管理核心,提出基于数字孪生的智慧猪场管理平台设计与应用研究。利用数字孪生集成物联网、大数据、人工智能等多信息技术,用于猪流、人流、物流、车流等猪场信息流监测覆盖,实现实体猪场的虚拟孪生猪场映射,构建智慧猪场管理平台,开展对猪场养殖环境、猪只健康、养殖人员行为、猪场出入车物等监测,通过系列模型算法实现平台描述、诊断、预测与决策,利用控制器、设备融合进行智能控制,促进猪场从“有人化”向“无人化”升级,赋能猪场管理。
Facing the digital transformation of animal husbandry under the influence of the double epidemic, the design and Application Research of intelligent pig farm management platform based on digital twin is proposed for the management core of pig farm such as cost reduction and efficiency increase, quality improvement and production increase, safety prevention and control. The digital twin integrated Internet of things, big data,artificial intelligence and other multi information technologies are used to monitor and cover pig farm information flow such as pig flow, human flow, logistics and vehicle flow, realize virtual twin pig farm mapping of physical pig farms, build an intelligent pig farm management platform, carry out monitoring of pig farm breeding environment,pig health, behavior of breeding personnel, pig farm vehicles and things, and realize platform description,diagnosis, prediction and decision-making through a series of model algorithms, The integration of controllers and equipment is used for intelligent control to promote the upgrading of pig farms from “humanized” to “unmanned” and enable the management of pig farms.
