摘要
介绍了一种具备健康光谱的LED灯珠设计方案,通过采用3种不同波段蓝光芯片组合与荧光粉的合理搭配,得到一种健康光谱。该光谱在450 nm处的蓝光强度比常规LED低50%以上,有效降低蓝光危害;在480 nm处拥有较高的峰值,有利于抑制褪黑素分泌,提高注意力,提升工作、学习效率。最后根据健康光谱的特征,开发了一款能够快速有效鉴别健康光源的app软件,提升消费者对健康照明的鉴别能力,有助于健康照明的推广应用。
In this paper, a design scheme of LED lamp bead with healthy spectrum is introduced. A healthy spectrum is obtained by using three different bands of blue chips and reasonablely matching phosphor. The blue light intensity of the spectrum at 450 nm is 50% lower than that of the conventional LED, which effectively reduces the harm of blue light. This spectrum has a high peak value at 480 nm, which is conducive to inhibiting the secretion of melatonin, improving attention and improving the efficiency of work and study. Finally, according to the characteristics of healthy spectrum, an app software that can quickly and effectively identify healthy light sources is developed, which improves consumers’ ability to identify healthy lighting and contributes to the promotion and application of healthy lighting.
