不同功能微生物菌剂对马龙烟区植烟土壤化学性质及烟叶品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Functional Microbial Agents on Soil Chemical Properties and Tobacco Leaf Quality in Malong Tobacco-growing Areas

摘要 为马龙烟区植烟土壤保育和烟叶品质持续提高提供技术支撑,筛选出适宜马龙烟区的功能微生物菌剂,通过小区随机区组设计,研究不同功能微生物菌剂对植烟土壤化学性质及烟叶品质的影响。试验结果表明:在常规施肥的基础上增施功能微生物菌剂能够改良植烟土壤、促进烟株生长、提高烟株抗病性、改善烤烟经济性状、提高烟叶品质。在植烟土壤改良方面,施用功能微生物菌剂A和功能微生物菌剂C能够提高土壤的pH值和有机质含量;在促进烟株生长方面,以功能微生物菌剂B的效果最好,功能微生物菌剂A和功能微生物菌剂C的次之;在提高烟株抗病性方面,以功能微生物菌剂C的施用效果最好,功能微生物菌剂A的次之;在改善烤烟经济性状方面,以功能微生物菌剂B的施用效果最好,功能微生物菌剂C的次之,且两者的差异相对较小;在提高烟叶品质方面,以功能微生物菌剂C的施用效果最好。整体而言,功能微生物菌剂C综合优势更突出,更有利于植烟土壤的保育以及烟叶品质的提高,故值得在马龙烟区进行推广。 In order to provide technical support for tobacco-planting soil conservation and tobacco quality improvement in Malong tobacco areas, functional microbial agents suitable for Malong tobacco area were screened out, and the effects of different functional microbial agents on soil chemical properties and tobacco quality were studied by plot experiment. The results showed that the addition of functional microbial agent on the basis of conventional fertilization could improve the tobacco-planting soil,promote the growth of tobacco plant, improve the disease resistance of tobacco plant, improve the economic characters of fluecured tobacco and improve the quality of tobacco leaf. In terms of improvement for tobacco-planting soil, application of functional microbial agent A and functional microbial agent C could increase soil pH value and organic matter content. In promoting tobacco plant growth, functional microbial agent B was the best, followed by functional microbial agent A and functional microbial agent C. In improving the disease resistance of tobacco plant, functional microbial agent C was the best, followed by functional microbial agent A. In terms of improving economic characters of flue-cured tobacco, functional microbial agent B was the best,followed by functional microbial agent C, and the difference between them was relatively small. In improving tobacco quality, the application effect of functional microbial agent C was the best. On the whole, functional microbial agent C has more prominent comprehensive advantages and is more conducive to the conservation of tobacco soil and the improvement of tobacco quality, so it is worth promoting in Malong tobacco area.
