摘要
随着新能源汽车及储能市场的快速发展,其重要组成部分——锂电池也在快速发展,导致对矿产资源的需求也在增长。对锂电池进行回收不仅减小了废弃物对环境的不利影响,也是确保有价金属的持续供应并缓解价格波动的有效手段。本文对锂离子电池目前使用的回收技术及其优缺点进行了总结,并介绍了镍钴锂高效清洁提取、废磷酸铁锂全组分利用与再制造等技术。
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles and energy storage markets, its important component-lithium batteries are also developing rapidly, and led to the demand for mineral resources growing. The recycling of lithium batteries not only reduces the adverse impact of waste on the environment, but also is an effective means to ensure the continuous supply of valuable metals and alleviate price fluctuations. This review summarizes the current recycling technologies and their advantages and disadvantages of lithium-ion batteries, and lists the efficient and clean extraction of nickel-cobalt lithium, the utilization and remanufacturing of all components of lithium scrap iron phosphate, etc.
