摘要
长江上游地区是长江经济带中国重要的交通枢纽,厘清长江上游地区的交通排放情况对于长江经济带协调发展具有重要意义。文章以长江上游地区为研究对象,分析了2005年-2020年交通碳排放时空演化特征。研究表明:长江上游地区柴油的消耗量整体呈上升趋势,柴油、汽油的消耗量较高,有必要优化交通能源结构;长江上游地区交通碳排放量逐年上升,需要调整交通运输结构;长江上游地区碳强度和人均碳排放表现出显著的区域差异性,需要建立交通减碳协同治理机制,实现地区经济、环境和资源的可持续发展。
The upstream area of Yangtze River is an important transportation hub in China in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and it is important to clarify the transportation emissions in the upstream area of Yangtze River for the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of transportation carbon emissions in the upper reaches of Yangtze River from 2005 to 2020,taking the upper reaches of Yangtze River as the research object.The study shows that the overall consumption of diesel in the upper reaches of Yangtze River is on the rise,and the consumption of diesel and gasoline is high,so it is necessary to optimize the transportation energy structure.Carbon emissions from transportation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River are increasing year by year,and it is necessary to adjust the transportation structure.The carbon intensity and per capita carbon emissions in the upper reaches of Yangtze River show significant regional differences,and it is necessary to establish a collaborative governance mechanism for transportation carbon reduction to achieve sustainable development of regional economy,environment and resources.
