摘要
选择性催化还原(SCR)是目前应用最广的烟气脱氮技术之一,常采用NH_(3)作为还原剂,在特定催化剂作用下将NO_(x)还原为N_(2)。Cu-SAPO-34催化剂用于NH_(3)-SCR反应,可有效净化汽车尾气中的NO_(x)。在含硫湿热工况下,该催化剂易发生硫中毒而脱铝,导致自身失活。将Ce元素引入Cu-SAPO-34催化剂中,制备Cu-CeSAPO-34催化剂,其抗硫性能大幅度提高,NO转化率提高至87%,N_(2)选择性和催化剂活性较好。
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is one of the most widely used flue gas denitrification technologies,which often uses NH_(3) as reducing agent to reduce NO_(x) to N_(2) under the action of specific catalyst.Cu-SAPO-34 catalyst is used for NH_(3)-SCR reaction,which can effectively purify NO_(x) in automobile exhaust.Under sulfur-containing humid and hot conditions,the catalyst is prone to sulfur poisoning and dealumination,leading to its own deactivation.Ce is introduced into Cu-SAPO-34 catalyst to prepare Cu-CeSAPO-34 catalyst,and its sulfur resistance is greatly improved,the conversion of NO is increased to 87%,and N_(2) selectivity and catalyst activity are good.
