摘要
目的:探讨异甘草酸镁预防胃癌患者化疗后肝损伤的效果及其对血清炎性因子及氧化应激水平的影响。方法:选取我院2021年1月至2022年6月期间103例胃癌患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为常规组和综合组。两组患者均给予XELOX方案化疗,常规组51例给予还原型谷胱甘肽,综合组52例在常规组基础上联合给予异甘草酸镁,对比两组患者肝功能,炎性因子及氧化应激水平。结果:两组患者治疗1疗程后,肝功能指标水平均较治疗前明显升高,且综合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1疗程后,各炎症因子水平均明显降低,且综合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者化疗1 w后,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)水平均较治疗前升高,综合组高于常规组;丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平较治疗前降低,综合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁可改善胃癌患者肝功能,降低NF-κB活性以调节炎性因子,调控氧化与抗氧化失衡以改善氧化应激水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of magnesium isocyanate on preventing liver injury after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress levels.Methods:A total of 103 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into conventional group and comprehensive group according to different treatment methods.All patients in the two groups were given XELOX chemotherapy,51 patients in the conventional group were given reduced glutathione,and 52 patients in the comprehensive group were given magnesium isoglycyrbate on the basis of the conventional group.The liver function,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress levels of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 course of treatment,the levels of liver function indexes in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of these indexes in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 course of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of these indexes in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 1 week of chemotherapy,the levels of Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and those in comprehensive group were higher than those in conventional group.The level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that before treatment,and was lower in the conventional group than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium isocyanate can improve liver function,regulate inflammatory factors by reducing the activity of NF-κB,and improve oxidative stress by regulating the imbalance between oxidation and antioxidant in gastric cancer patients.
