摘要
建筑劳务分包公司是建筑行业的重要组成部分。近些年随着我国建筑市场的不断完善,建筑劳务分包公司的发展也逐渐规范化、专业化,但在发展的过程中依然存在经营发展战略缺乏规划、管理团队不专业、操作人员专业性不足等实际情况,因此本文结合青岛建筑劳动分包公司的发展情况,提出了立足长远发展,诚信经营、完善管理团队,发挥专业等具体意见,助力建筑劳务分包公司的长期健康可持续发展。
The construction labor subcontracting company is an important part of the construction industry.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's construction market,the development of construction labor subcontracting companies has gradually become standardized and specialized.However,in the process of development,there are still some actual situations such as lack of planning for business development strategies,unprofessional management teams,and lack of professionalism of operators.Therefore,this paper,based on the development of Qingdao construction labor subcontracting companies,proposes to base on long-term development,operate with integrity,and improve the management team,give play to professional and other specific opinions to help the long-term healthy and sustainable development of construction labor subcontracting companies.
