摘要
目的 观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合西药治疗小儿手足口病对血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平的影响。方法 2018年12月1日—2021年6月30日于湖州市第一人民医院接受治疗的64例手足口病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组32例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,对比两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、血清IL-10、TGF-β水平及免疫指标。结果 试验组治疗有效率高于对照组[93.75%(30/32)>75.00%(24/32)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组退热时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间均快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,TGF-β水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组不良反应发生率接近[15.36%(5/32)>9.38%(3/32)],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合西药治疗小儿手足口病临床效果较佳,可有效缓解临床症状,改善血清IL-10、TGF-β水平,提高患儿免疫功能,且安全性较好,有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the effects of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules(小儿豉翘清热颗粒)combined with western medicine on the levels of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods Sixty-four children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease who were treated in the hospital between December 1,2018 and June 30,2021 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement,levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-βand immune indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group[93.75%(30/32)>75.00%(24/32)](P<0.05).The fever abatement time,rash subsidence time and oral ulcer healing time were all faster in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10 and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower while the level of TGF-βwas higher compared to that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)were higher in the experimental group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was similar in the experimental group and the control group[15.36%(5/32)>9.38%(3/32)](P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with western medicine has better clinical effects in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β,and enhance the immune function of patients.In addition,it has good safety and clinical application value.
