摘要
以某直升机传动系统主减速器离合器支承球轴承为研究对象,基于Archard方程建立轴承微动磨损计算模型,通过试验验证了模型的正确性,并分析了球直径和套圈沟曲率半径系数对轴承微动磨损的影响,结果表明:随球直径增大,微动磨损量减小;随套圈沟曲率半径系数增大,微动磨损量增大。
Taking ball bearings supporting clutch of main reducer of helicopter transmission system as research objects,a calculation model for fretting wear of the bearings is established based on Archard equation,the correctness of the model is verified through experiments.The influence of ball diameter and ring groove curvature radius coefficient on fretting wear of the bearings is analyzed.The results show that the fretting wear decreases with the increase of ball diameter and increases with the increase of ring groove curvature radius coefficient.
