摘要
茶叶中氟含量超标是影响茶叶质量安全的重大问题之一,对茶树吸氟特性及控氟技术的研究近年来已成为一项重要课题,且有了一定的研究成果。本文综述了茶树吸氟机制、影响茶树氟吸收的因素及控氟技术等方面的研究进展,并对茶叶控氟技术提出新的展望,以期为茶叶降氟技术等研究提供参考。
Excessive fluorine content in tea is one of the major problems affecting the quality and safety of tea.The research on fluorine absorption characteristics and fluorine control technology of tea has become an important topic in recent years,and some research results has been obtained.This paper summarized the research progress in fluorine absorption mechanism,the factors affecting fluorine absorption and fluorine control technology,and puted forward new prospects for fluorine control technology of tea,in order to provide reference for the research on fluorine reduction technology of tea.
