摘要
为深化智慧水利建设思想,依托海宁市百里钱塘综合整治一期工程(盐仓段),开发建立了适用于海塘EPC的新型智慧管理一体化系统,建设实践表明,该智慧系统克服了传统建设管理模式的难点,借助数字化智慧管理信息技术,形成了班组智慧组建、管理层级智慧分配、现场智慧感知及业务数字化、标准化协同的全生命周期智慧管理系统。该系统使海塘工程建设管理水平得到提档升级。
To realize the intelligent water conservancy construction, a novel intelligent management integration system suitable for seawall EPC projects is developed and adopted in Haining Qiantang River Comprehensive Renovation Phase I Project(Yancang section). The whole life cycle intelligent management system can realize the intelligent formation of work teams, intelligent assignment of management levels, on-situ intelligent perception and business digitalization, and standardized collaboration with the help of the digital intelligent management information technology. Application practice shows that the difficulties in the traditional construction management mode are overcome, and the construction management level of the seawall safety project is significantly improved.
