摘要
目的 医学专业基础化学教学过程中面临着教学内容多、学生基础差异明显等问题。本文旨在探索解决这些问题的方法。方法 以专业需求为导向,结合学生、学科特点引入分层学习的理念,通过教学方式的有机融合以及评价体系的优化进行教学改革。结果 根据两轮教学试点的统计数据发现,该方法对不同基础的学生均有促进作用,能提升学生的综合能力,辅差效果显著。结论 分层学习模式的运用,能够有效实现辅差导优,提高教学质量,具有较好的稳定性和实用性。
OBJECTIVE During the teaching process, Basic Chemistry for medical specialties confronts some challenges like abundant course content, significant difference in basic knowledge and learning abilities among students, etc.This thesis is to explore the methods that can solve these problems.METHODS By maintaining the orientation of specialty requirements, combining characteristics of students and subjects to introduce the idea of multi-level learning and optimizing teaching methods and assessment system to practice this teaching reform.RESULTS The statistical data in two rounds of teaching pilot shows that this method has promotional effects on students with different foundations.It can improve student′s comprehensive ability and has a significant effect on coaching underachieving students.CONCLUSION The application of multi-level learning model can coach underachieving students and cultivate excellent students in an effective way, thus further improving the quality of teaching.It is proved that this learning model has good stability and practicability.
