同型半胱氨酸与冠心病相关研究的文献计量学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 对同型半胱氨酸与冠心病相关研究进行文献计量学及可视化分析,探讨该领域的研究趋势与前沿方向。方法 检索中国知网、Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)数据库中2012年—2021年的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8 R2软件对筛选文献的年发文量、作者、机构和国家分布情况进行分析,并对关键词进行共现分析,同时挖掘该领域具有高影响力的共被引文献与作者。结果 共纳入文献2 934篇,同型半胱氨酸与冠心病相关研究近10年年发文量呈稳步增长态势,发文量最多的国外作者是Per M Ueland,国内作者是赵洛沙,核心共被引作者是Clarker R和Armitage J M,Clarker团队发表的文章被引频次最高,是该领域具有高影响力的文献,热点关键词除检索词外主要是高血压、相关性、心血管疾病、尿酸、危险因素、心肌梗死、叶酸、氧化应激等。结论 应用知识图谱可视化分析方法可直观展示血清同型半胱氨酸水平与冠心病关系的研究现状和热点。 Objective To observe the bibliometric and visual analysis on the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy) and coronary heart disease, and to explore the research trend and frontier direction in this field.Methods The relevant literatures from 2012 to 2021 in CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC) databases were retrieved as data sources respectively.CiteSpace 5.8.R2 software was used to analyze the annual number of literatures, the distribution of authors, institutions and countries, and the co-occurrence of keywords.The co-cited literatures and authors with high influence in this field were mined.Results A total of 2 934 Chinese literatures and English literatures were included.The annual number of papers of research on homocysteine and coronary heart disease in recent 10 years showed a steady growth trend.The foreign author with a greatest number of papers was Per M Ueland, the domestic author was Zhao Luosha, and the core co-cited authors were Clarker R and Armitage J M.The articles published by Clarker team were cited with the highest frequency and highly influential articles in this field.The hot keywords were mainly hypertension correlation, cardiovascular disease, uric acid, risk factors, myocardial infarction, folic acid and oxidative stress.Conclusion The relationship between serum Hcy level and coronary heart disease continues to be the research focuses which related the mechanism, risk factors, clinical treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease caused by Hcy.The correlation between Hcy and other biochemical indicators and coronary heart disease might be the future research trend.
