摘要
目的探讨新形势下军队医院药学部门工作模式与转型方向。方法本文围绕当前国家及军队政策方针及医药卫生体制改革形势,系统分析当前军队医院药学学科建设与发展面临的新形势,剖析存在的问题,从积极适应药品带量集采、行风整治、服务模式转型等方面深入思考,结合实践对推进药学服务提出方法见解。结果军队医院药学部门转型是新形势的要求,须尽快加强学科建设与药师思想转变,开展新技术、新方法应用,完善药学法规制度。结论当前形势下,军队医院药学建设发展应从药品供应保障型向多方位、复合型药学服务模式转变,紧贴为兵服务需求,持续加强临床药学人才培养,适应新形势变化,促进药学服务模式创新,为患者提供安全、合理、科学的技术支持。
Objective To explore ways to keep pharmacies of military hospitals in pace with reform and to recommend where the transformation should proceed.Methods Based on the reform of the health care system and national and military guidelines for hospitals,the problems facing the current development and construction of pharmacy departments in military hospitals were analyzed in terms of bulk-buying of drugs,quality of services,response to the pandemic and service models.Ways were proposed to promote the construction of pharmacies.Results Transformation of pharmacy departments in military hospitals was the key to adaptation to the new situation.In this regard,there was an urgent need to strengthen the construction of research disciplines,change pharmacists'ways of thinking,apply new technologies and methods,and revise laws and regulations related to pharmacies.Conclusion Under the current situation,the service model of pharmacies of military hospitals should change from the supply of drugs and support to a multidimensional and diversifed type.Military hospitals should be oriented to servicemen,enhance the training of clinical pharmacists,adapt to the new situation,solve difficulties and problems caused by the pandemic,explore innovative service models,and provide safe,rational,and strong support for patients.
