摘要
以乙烯基硅油、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为原料,通过自由基聚合法制备有机硅季铵盐共聚物,并应用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)对该共聚物结构进行表征,进而将所制备的有机硅季铵盐共聚物应用于棉织物的抗菌整理,比较有机硅与季铵盐物理混合和化学共聚样品的应用性能差异,考察整理棉织物的抗菌性、柔软性与耐洗性等应用性能。结果表明:有机硅季铵盐共聚物整理棉织物对革兰氏阴性菌与革兰氏阳性菌具有优良的抗菌性和较好的耐久性,并能有效提升棉织物的柔软性。
Vinyl silicone oil and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride were used as raw materials to prepare organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt polymers by free-radical polymerization,and the chemical structure of the prepared polymer was characterized and confirmed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H NMR).And then,the prepared organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt polymer was applied to the antibacterial finishing of cotton fabrics,and the application properties of the finished cotton fabrics such as antibacterial,softness and washing resistance were investigated and evaluated,in comparison with the physically mixed product of organic silicon and quaternary ammonium salt.The results showed that the cotton fabrics finished with the silicone quaternary ammonium salt polymer had excellent antibacterial properties and good durability against gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria,and also showed significantly improved fabric softness.
