摘要
2022年我国进入深度老龄化阶段,养老问题成为社会的热议话题。养老方式的选择、养老空间的舒适度、与空间的适老化设计关系密切。由于老年群体身体机能的下降,生活中存在多种障碍。因此,文章通过对养老院活动空间的适老化设计作为落脚点,就养老院的发展现状进行分析,通过对老年人生理、安全、社交、尊重等多方面的需求分析,从空间造型、宜居环境、布局规划、采光通风、细节陈设、公共空间、智能服务等方面提出适老化设计策略。以期提升养老院的舒适度、安全性与宜居性,保证老年人的生活质量。
China will enter a deep aging stage in 2022, and the pension issue has become a hot topic in society. The choice of elderly care mode or the improvement of comfort of elderly care space are closely related to the research on aging adaptability in the space. Due to the decline of physical function of the elderly, there are many obstacles in life. Therefore, the article takes the aging design of the elderly care home activity space as the foothold, analyzes the development status of the elderly care home, and puts forward aging design strategies from the aspects of space modeling,livable environment, layout planning, lighting and ventilation, detailed display, public space, intelligent services, etc. through the analysis of the needs of the elderly in many aspects, such as physiology, safety, social interaction, respect, etc. With a view to improving the comfort, safety and livability of the nursing home and ensuring the quality of life of the elderly.
