摘要
目的:探讨麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉后恢复室的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年1月于四川省南充市川北医学院附属医院实施麻醉的104例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行麻醉护理一体化管理模式。比较两组活动力、血压、意识、呼吸评分、并发症及麻醉效果。结果:护理前,两组活动力、血压、意识、呼吸评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组活动力、血压、意识、呼吸评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组,平均交班时间短于对照组,差错事件少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉后恢复室中的应用效果理想,患者术后并发症发生率低,对患者预后改善具有重要作用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of integrated anesthesia nursing management mode in post-anesthesia recovery room. Methods: A total of 104 patients who received anesthesia in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College in Nanchong City of Sichuan Province from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the study group received integrated anesthesia nursing management mode. The activity, blood pressure, consciousness, respiration scores, complications and anesthesia effect were compared between the two groups. Results: Before nursing, there were no significant differences in activity,blood pressure, consciousness and respiration scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of activity, blood pressure, consciousness and respiration in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the average shift time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the number of error events in the study group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrated anesthesia nursing management mode has an ideal application effect in the post-anesthesia recovery room, the incidence of postoperative complications is low, and it plays an important role in improving the prognosis of patients.
