摘要
罩棚钢结构多用于体育场馆看台,工期紧、精度高、大跨度悬挑为其施工常见特征,针对罩棚钢结构临时支撑市场上种类多且杂的问题,文章以工程施工项目为例,提出了一种新型组合式临时支撑胎架,支撑胎架由底部支座、标准段和顶部胎帽组成,能够有效保障悬挑钢桁架的垂直度、标高及轴心定位,提高钢桁架一次吊装定位成功率,保证钢桁架在焊接过程中的稳定性,确保焊接工程质量。临时支撑设施参数化,更加便于现场安装验收、实施过程安全检查及材料周转。经工程应用证明,本临时支撑体系结构设计简单,现场操作方便,构件可周转利用,为类似工程临时支撑选择提供了新思路。
Covering for the steel structure for sports venue,the more tight,high precision and large span cantilever construction for its common characteristics,in view of the temporary tent steel structure to support the market variety and complex issue,with engineering construction project case,this paper proposes a new modular temporary support bracket,support bracket in tire from bottom pedestal,standard and top hat,It can effectively guarantee the perpendicularity,elevation and axis positioning of the cantilever steel truss,improve the success rate of the steel truss hoisting and positioning,ensure the stability of the steel truss in the welding process,and ensure the quality of welding engineering.Temporary support facilities are parameterized to facilitate on-site installation acceptance,implementation process safety inspection and material turnover.It is proved by engineering application that this temporary support system is simple in design,convenient in site operation,and the components can be turned over and utilized,which provides a new idea for the selection of temporary support in similar projects.
