摘要 为精准识别技术创新机会,提出一种基于SAO语义分析与多维技术创新地图的技术创新机会识别方法。首先融合关键词分析和SAO语义分析方法剖析影响技术创新的要素,并以“链”结构梳理创新要素的层级关系,形成层次分明的技术形态;然后以多维技术创新地图为导航,基于维法耦合原理实现概念化和具象化两层技术创新机会的识别;最后以富钛料制备技术创新机会识别为例,检索并搜集392条专利为数据集,识别出3个概念化和6个具象化技术创新机会,验证了该方法的可行性,可为企业准确研判技术创新机会以不断获取技术先行者优势提供有益参考。 To accurately identify technological innovation opportunities, a method for identifying technological innovation opportunities based on SAO semantic analysis and multi-dimensional technology innovation map is proposed. Firstly, the elements affecting technological innovation are analyzed by combining keyword analysis and SAO semantic analysis methods. And the hierarchical relationship of innovation elements is sorted out in a "chain" structure to form a clear technical form. Secondly, guided by the multi-dimensional technological innovation map, the identification of two-level technological innovation opportunities of conceptualization and concretization is realized based on the principle of dimension-method coupling. Finally, 392 patents were retrieved and collected as a data set for the identification of technological innovation opportunities for titanium-rich material preparation as an example. The empirical results identify 3 conceptual and 6 materialized technological innovation opportunities, which verified the feasibility of the method. The results can also provide a useful reference for enterprises to accurately judge technological innovation opportunities and continuously obtain the advantages of technology pioneers.
