磁性处理脉冲工作电流研究

摘要 为了对磁性处理脉冲工作电流的脉冲持续间隔、上升下降时间这两个重要参数开展研究,分析了在对典型铁磁物质进行磁性处理时内部涡流磁场及工作磁场,对铁磁物质的材料特性、物理尺寸及电流脉冲的持续间隔、上升下降时间与铁磁物质内部工作磁场的关系进行了仿真,并结合设计实例,得出了电流脉冲的上升下降时间不应恪守须小于1 s的传统,而应根据铁磁物质和工作线圈实际情况与持续间隔时间密切配合的结论。 In order to research the important parameters of the pulse main current for deperming, namely, the pulse′s duration, interval, rising and descending edges, based on the analysis of the internal eddy current magnetic field and main magnetic field of the typical ferromagnetic undergoing deperming, the relationships of the ferromagnetic′s material properties, physical dimensions, the current pulse′s duration, interval, rising and descending edge, and the ferromagnetic′s internal main magnetic field were simulated. And combined with design example, the conclusion was made that the tradition of the current pulse′s rising and descending edges must be shorter than 1 second was no need to abide by, but should cooperate with the current pulse′s duration, interval closely, according to the reality of the ferromagnetic and main coil.
