摘要
主动脉瘤是常见的心血管疾病,发病率逐年攀升,目前无有效的药物预防和控制疾病进展,手术是唯一的治疗方式,但手术的风险较高,并发症也较多,因此,深入研究主动脉瘤的发生机制并针对机制开发防治主动脉瘤的药物具有重要的意义,稳定且能够模拟主动脉瘤发病进程的精准动物模型是主动脉瘤基础与临床转化研究的基本保障。目前主动脉瘤的建模方法较多,各有特色,本文就主动脉瘤动物模型的建立方法、优缺点及其应用进行综述。
Aortic aneurysm is a common cardiovascular disease,and its incidence is increasing each year.There are no effective preventive therapies or drugs against aortic aneurysm.Surgery is the only curative treatment for aortic aneurysm,but it is still difficult to deal with the high risk and complications of surgery.Therefore,it is of great importance to research in better understanding the mechanisms of aortic aneurysm and develop drugs for the prevention and treatment of aortic aneurysm.One of the hallmarks of a good preclinical animal model for aortic aneurysm is the ability to simulate the progression of aortic aneurysm which is a major precondition in fundamental and clinical transformation studies of aortic aneurysm.At present,there are many modeling approaches,in this review,we describe the recent progress and the development of aortic aneurysm modeling approaches and their advantages and drawbacks.
