摘要
为了对非轻质串并联弹簧系统进行研究,提出将非轻质串并联弹簧系统等效为一个质量—弹簧系统,即求其等效质量M和等效弹性系数K。通过对非轻质弹簧串并联物理模型进行理论分析和有限元仿真,将理论和仿真结果进行对比,串联系统的理论和仿真数据所得谐振频率的相对误差为0.098%,并联系统的理论和仿真数据所得谐振频率的相对误差为0.00014%,表明该理论分析结果具有有效性,对复杂弹性系统的简化分析和处理具有指导意义。
In order to study the non-lightweight series-parallel spring system,it was proposed that the non-lightweight series-parallel spring system was equivalent to a mass-spring system,and its equivalent mass M and equivalent elastic coefficient K were calculated.The theoretical analysis and finite element simulation of the non-lightweight series-parallel spring model were conducted,and the theoretical and simulation results were compared.The relative error of the resonant frequency obtained from the theoretical and simulation data of the series system is 0.098%and the relative error of the resonant frequency obtained from the theoretical and simulation data of the parallel system is 0.00014%,which shows that the theoretical results are effective and have guiding significance for the analysis and processing of the complex elastic system.
