摘要
目的:探究在脑梗死患者中应用分期康复护理干预的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年8月-2021年8月三明市第二医院收治的103例脑梗死患者的临床资料,按不同的护理方案将其分为常规组和分期组,其中开展常规护理干预的52例患者纳入常规组,实施分期康复护理干预的51例患者列入分期组。比较两组肢体运动功能(上肢、下肢)、步行能力、神经功能缺损程度[美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中评分量表(NIHSS)]、生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果:干预1个月,分期组的上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能和步行能力评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预1、3、6个月,分期组的NIHSS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预1个月,分期组的SF-36中各维度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗死患者中应用分期康复护理干预,可以改善患者的肢体运动功能、步行能力和神经功能,改善其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying staged rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on quality of life.Method:The clinical data of 103 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Sanming Second Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,according to different nursing programs,they were divided into routine group and staging group,among them,52 patients with routine nursing intervention were included in the routine group,and 51 patients with staged rehabilitation nursing intervention were included in the staging group.Motor function(upper and lower limbs),walking ability,neurological impairment[national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)],and quality of life(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 month of intervention,the scores of upper limb motor function,lower limb motor function and walking ability of the staging group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of intervention,the NIHSS scores of the staging group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the scores in all dimensions of SF-36 of the staging group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of staged rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can improve the limb motor function,walking ability and nerve function,and improve their quality of life.
