摘要
为了迎合未来空调的用户和市场需求,解决传统和市场上空调存在的问题、痛点以及不足,并对空调加以改良创新,从而让空调更加人性化。通过对空调拆解和理论调研,分析空调存在的问题,利用模块化设计相关理论及方法,对空调内机结构和功能进行设计,结合Rhino完成模块化空调设计方案。通过对空调的功能以及结构改良,结合杀菌技术设计消毒杀菌模块,设计了符合用户健康的模块化消毒杀菌空调。模块化设计下的空调可以解决其存在的不足和问题,并且符合绿色设计原则,为相关空调设计提供参考价值。
In order to cater to future air conditioner users and market needs,solve the problems,pain points and shortcomings of traditional and market air conditioners,and improve and innovate air conditioners to make air conditioners more user-friendly.Through the dismantling of air conditioners and market research,analysis of the existing problems of air conditioners,the use of modular design related theories and methods to design the structure and function of the air conditioner,combined with Rhino to complete the modular air conditioner design plan.Through the function and structure improvement of the air conditioner,the disinfection and sterilization module is designed in combination with the sterilization technology,and a modular disinfection and sterilization air conditioner that meets the user’s health is designed.The air conditioner under the modular design can solve its shortcomings and problems,and conform to the green design principle,and provide reference value for related air conditioner design.
