摘要
变速箱内传动零件—行星齿轮太阳轮轮毂圆角槽应力大小影响到太阳轮轮毂的设计寿命。以某款变速器为例,详解DFSS优化方案,对太阳轮轮毂齿槽的厚度、冲切深度以及材料硬度进行优化,同时考虑磨擦的影响。结果表明,DFSS方法能帮助优化设计,选择降低圆角槽应力、提高太阳轮轮毂稳健性的方案。对该零件的设计开发具有显著的工程意义。
Transmission base part, planetary gear assembly sun hub, its inner fillet groove stress impacts sun gear hub design life. An optimized strategy by DFSS(Design for Six Sigma quality tool) is described, and the transmission is shown as a sample. The optimize objects are sun gear hub fillet groove thickness, die-cut depth and material hardness. Moreover, fiction is one factor. The fillet groove stress can be reduced by DFSSand planetary sun gear could work more stable, which has nominal engineering value in transmission application.
