摘要
随着经济高速发展,企业对人才的需求也愈发地走向更高规格,社会对中职教育的看法也在逐步转变。如何培养学生的技能,让他们可以快速适应社会要求、工作要求,成为很多中职院校工作开展研究的重点。文章将会以社会对中职机电专业技能型人才培养的目标要求为导向,分析其存在的问题,以培养策略为关键给出合理意见与建议。
With the rapid development of economy, the enterprise’s demand for talent is also increasingly to a higher standard, the social view of secondary vocational education is also gradually changing. How to cultivate students’ skills so that they can quickly adapt to social requirements and work requirements has become the focus of research in many secondary vocational colleges. This paper will be guided by the social requirements for the training of skilled personnel in vocational mechanical and electrical specialty, analyze the existing problems, and give reasonable opinions and suggestions based on the training strategy.
