摘要
中性盐雾试验是一个常规的验证材料防腐性能的试验,在汽车行业内普遍应用,其测试条件的一致性,除了要求温度控制准确,还要求盐溶液在使用过程中保持持续的稳定,从溶液控制的角度探讨溶液质量的影响因素和其对腐蚀量的影响。
The neutral salt spray test is a routine test to verify the anti-corrosion performance of materials,which is widely used in the automotive industry.The consistency of its test conditions requires not only accurate temperature control,but also continuous stability of the salt solution during test.The influence factors of solution quality and its influence on corrosion amount from the perspective of solution control were discussed.
