摘要
依据标准BS 7910,对含缺陷环焊缝进行了工程临界评估。借助管体与焊缝拉伸试验结果确定评定曲线,选取最低值作为评定断裂韧性值,采用评估失效图(FAD)方法进行工程临界评估,在评定计算中考虑了静态应力、残余应力和应力集中等的影响,并进行了宽板拉伸试验验证。结果表明,在管道工作载荷下,根据BS 7910评估方法,当夏比冲击吸收功CV>60 J时,环焊缝中的缺陷尺寸均在可接受范围内;在管道设计极限载荷条件下,当夏比冲击吸收功CV>60 J时,环焊缝在现有条件下评估点均位于FAD曲线内,结果可接受;宽板拉伸试验结果进一步验证了环焊缝中各缺陷在评价输入参数条件下是可接受的,表明含缺陷焊接接头的安全裕度较高。
According to the British Standard(BS 7910), an engineering critical assessment(ECA) was carried out for girth weld defects. An evaluation curve was determined by the tensile test results of the pipe body and the welds. The lowest value was selected to evaluate fracture toughness, and ECA was conducted by adopting evaluating failure diagram(FAD) method. The effects of static stress, residual stress and stress concentration were all taken into consideration in the calculation, and a wide plate tensile test was also performed. As the result shows, according to the BS 7910, under the working load of the pipeline, when the Charpy impact absorption energy CV>60 J, the sizes of girth welds defect are all within the acceptable range;under the limited load in the pipeline design, when the Charpy impact absorption energy CV>60 J, the evaluation points of the girth welds under the existing conditions are all located within the FAC curve, which are also acceptable. The wide plate tensile test has also verified that the girth welds defects in the ECA with the input parameters are all acceptable. It is shown that the girth weld with defects has a high margin of safety.
