川藏线拉林段无砟轨道套靴法可换式支承块施工技术

摘要 为解决拉林铁路嘎达隧道无砟轨道在作业面狭小条件下给施工带来的诸多技术难题,采用工厂化集中预制轨道支承块,弹性垫板和橡胶套靴与支承块组装成一体,钢轨在轨道组装平台上组装完成,以排架形式准确地固定在预埋位置。在运营维修保养过程中,可直接将破损的支承块在套靴中分离出来进行更换。确保了支承块更换的便捷。解决了川藏铁路单洞单线隧道狭小空间轨排架设、粗调、道床顶层钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑、轨排精调等系列技术难题,在川藏铁路积累了丰富的高原条件下隧道内无砟轨道的施工经验。 To solve the technical problems caused by the construction of the ballastless track of the Gada Tunnel of the Lhasa-Linzhi Railway under the narrow working surface,the factory-based centralized prefabricated track support block,the elastic pad,and rubber boots are assembled into one unit with the support block,the railway tracks are assembled on the assembly platform and are accurately fixed in the embedded position in the form of bent frames.During the operation and maintenance process,the damaged support block can be separated directly from the boot for replacement.Ensure the convenient replacement of the support block.It solves a series of technical problems in the narrow space of the single-hole,single-track tunnel of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway,such as the track installation,coarse adjustments,tying of steel bars on the top layer of the track bed,concrete pouring,and fine adjustment of the rails and which we have accumulated rich experience in the construction of ballastless tracks in tunnels under plateau conditions.
