摘要
利用红外光谱法建立了柴油有机硅含量的分析方法。直接对样品进行测定,不需要进行任何前处理过程,操作快速简便。通过实验结果表明,硅含量在0.04%(m/m)以上,六甲基二硅氧烷和六甲基三硅氧烷为标准物质,其分别在1250cm-1和1046cm-1波数处具有良好的线性关系,校正曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,对样品样品重复测定7次,相对标准偏差即精密度在3.0%~4.9%之间,准确度在0.3%~2.8%之间,回收率在98%~103%之间。方法精密度和准确较高,检测校准曲线相关性良好,回收率符合标准的要求。
The analysis method of organic silicon content in diesel oil was established by infrared spectroscopy.the sample can be directly measured without any pre-treatment process, and the operation is quick and simple. The experimental results show that when the silicon content is above 0.04%(m/m), hexamethyldisiloxane and hexamethyltrisiloxane are the reference materials, and they have a good linear relationship at the wave number of 1250 cm-1and 1046 cm-1, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the correction curve is greater than 0.999. The relative standard deviation is the precision between 3.0 % and 4.9 %, the accuracy is between 0.3 % and 2.8 %, and the recovery is between 98 % and 103 %.The method has high precision and accuracy, good correlation of calibration curve, and the recovery rate meets the requirements of the standard.
