人居环境感知与城市创意人才居住选择——异质性与影响路径分析 被引量:1

Urban Human Settlement and Their Residential Choice——The Effect and Heterogeneity Analysis

摘要 以全国城市创意人才微观调查数据为基础,利用CRITIC法进行指标综合,建立二元logistic模型分析城市人居环境感知对创意人才居住选择的影响和异质性,并借助Shapley值分解和中介效应分析,揭示城市环境感知和创意人才居住选择行为之间的内在机理。结果表明:环境感知对创意人才居住选择行为有显著影响,且城市生活环境感知较社区居住环境感知更为重要。对基础生活空间和创意交流场所的环境感知会推动创意人才选择市中心居住,而对运动休闲中心和社区硬环境的感知会拉动其向郊区迁移。此外,当前创意人才仍具备中心聚居特征,在城市生活环境感知和居住满意度的直接和间接双重作用下,新兴发展区的人才引进战略无疑受阻,这些地区仍需持续加强居住环境建设。 Based on the micro survey data of Chinese urban creative talents, this paper establishes a binary logistic model to analyze the heterogeneity of urban human settlements perception and its impact on their residential choice by the critical mothod for moder synthesis. And then, it reveals the relationship between urban environmental perception and creative talents’ residential choice with the help of the Shapley Decomposition and the mediation model. Results show that both perceived urban environment and perceived community environment exert significant effects on residential choice of the creative class. Urban living environment perception is more important than community living environment perception. The environmental perception of basic living space and creative exchange places will drive creative talents to live in the city center, while the perception of sports and leisure centers and the hard environment of the community will drive them to the suburbs. In addition, creative class still have the characteristics of central settlement. Under the direct and indirect effects of urban living environment perception and residential satisfaction, the talent introduction strategy of emerging development areas is undoubtedly hindered, and these areas still need to continue to strengthen the construction of residential environment.
