手术显微镜联合锥形束CT在复杂性根管治疗中的效果

摘要 目的:探究手术显微镜联合锥形束CT在复杂性根管治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月在我院进行复杂性根管治疗的患者110例,利用随机数字表法将其平均分为两组:联合组和对照组各55例。对照组使用锥形束CT检查,联合组使用手术显微镜和锥形束CT检查。对比两组术后治疗成功率、口腔功能和不良反应发生率。结果:联合组的总有效率高于对照组,麻醉时间和疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,联合组的语言功能、咀嚼功能高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术显微镜联合锥形束CT对复杂性根管治疗的临床应用效果良好,值得被广泛推广使用。 Objective:to investigate the effect of the application of surgical microscope combined with cone beam CT in complex root canal treatment.Methods:110 patients who underwent complex root canal treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided equally into two groups using the random number table method:55 cases each in the combined group and the control group.The control group was examined using cone beam CT and the combined group was examined using an operating microscope and cone beam CT.The postoperative treatment success rate,oral function and incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The overall efficiency of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,the anesthesia time and pain VAS score were lower than those of the control group,the speech function and masticatory function of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of surgical microscope combined with cone beam CT for complex root canal treatment is effective and worthy of being widely used.
