摘要
目的:探索超声参数与癌组织miR-103表达预测复发性乳腺癌预后的效能。方法:选182例复发性乳腺癌患者,测病灶超声参数与癌组织miR-103表达,Logistic分析预后不良危险因素、受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析超声参数与癌组织miR-103表达的预测价值。结果:超声峰值强度、达峰时间、曲线下面积及癌组织miR-103表达均为复发性乳腺癌预后不良危险因素(P<0.05),超声参数联合癌组织miR-103表达预测其预后不良灵敏度与ROC下面积均高于单独预测(P<0.05)。结论:超声参数联合癌组织miR-103表达对复发性乳腺癌预后具有良好预测效能。
Objective:To explore the efficiency of ultrasound parameters and miR-103 expression in cancer tissues in predicting prognosis of recurrent breast cancer.Methods:182 patients with recurrent breast cancer were selected,and the perfusion parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and miR-103 expressions of the diseased tissues were measured,and Logistic analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of poor prognosis and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive values of ultrasound parameters and miR-103 expression in cancer tissue.Results:The values of peak intensity,time to peak,area under the curve in contrast-enhanced ultrasound and miR-103 expression in cancer tissue were the risk factors for poor prognosis of recurrent breast cancer(P<0.05).The sensitivity and the area under the ROC curve of joint prediction of ultrasound parameters and the expression of miR-103 in cancer tissues of poor prognosis of recurrent breast cancer were higher than those of the single prediction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound parameters combined with the expression of miR-103 in cancer tissues has a good predictive effect on the prognosis of recurrent breast cancer.
