摘要
针对传统的铝氧化膜吸附法制备β源存在氧化膜质量不高和密封的有机膜易起皮脱落的问题,通过在电解液中添加无水乙醇,得到了孔径50~60 nm、厚度1μm、表面孔隙率大、孔洞有序且光滑平直的铝氧化膜。之后又合成了一种粒径为40~50 nm的SiO_(2)溶胶凝胶,该溶胶凝胶的颗粒尺寸和铝氧化膜的孔径相匹配,该胶体粒子很容易被孔洞内壁吸附。在加热的条件下,孔洞表面可形成复合Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)结构从而对铝氧化膜进行完全封闭,制备的SiO_(2)溶胶凝胶很纯净,整个过程没有引入碱性催化剂,不会腐蚀铝氧化膜结构。对放射源的牢固性和均匀性进行了检验,实验结果显示,该放射源具有较好的牢固性和均匀性。
In order to solve the problems of low quality of the oxide film and easy peeling off of the sealed organic film in the traditional adsorption method of aluminum oxide film,anhydrous ethanol was added into the electrolyte to obtain a smooth and flat aluminum oxide film with a pore size of 50-60 nm,a thickness of 1μm,and orderly pores.Then a SiO_(2) sol-gel with a particle size of 40-50 nm was synthesized.The particle size of the sol matches the pore size of the aluminum oxide film,and the colloidal particles are easily adsorbed by the inner wall of the hole.Under the condition of heating,a composite Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) structure can be formed on the surface of the pores to completely seal the aluminum oxide film.The SiO_(2) sol-gel prepared by this work is very pure,and there is no introduction of basic catalyst in the whole process,which will not corrode the structure of aluminum oxide film.Finally,the stability and uniformity of the radioactive source were tested.The experimental results show that the radioactive source has good stability and uniformity.
