摘要
“化工分离技术”是化学工程与工艺专业的核心课程,多学科交叉,应用性和工程性较强。在地方应用型高等院校化工专业人才培养目标下,将“化工分离技术”课程中反应精馏的原理与操作流程做了案例式教学探索,即以实际工程应用中甲基叔戊基醚反应精馏案例为背景,将Aspen Plus应用于案例教学之中,利用项目式教学模式,教师引导答疑与学生案例学习进行双维反馈,强化学生实践能力的培养,提高学生的学习主动性与教学效果,同时基于成果导向教学理念,采用多元化评价教学效果,增强教育实效,提高学生的专业能力与学习能力。
Chemical Separation Technology is the core course of chemical engineering and technology.It is interdisciplinary,theoretical and practical.Under the training goal of chemical engineering professionals in local applied universities,this paper introduces the exploration on the principle and operation process of reactive distillation in the course of Chemical Separation Technology.Based on the case of methyl tert amyl ether reactive distillation in practical engineering application,Aspen Plus is applied to case teaching.The project-based teaching mode is used to strengthen the cultivation of students’practical ability and improve students’learning initiative and teaching effect.At the same time,based on the result oriented teaching concept,diversified evaluation of teaching effect is adopted to improve students’professional ability and learning ability.
