摘要
愈创木酚是重要的医药、染料和香精香料中间体,目前主要采用邻氨基苯甲醚法和邻苯二酚法生产。愈创木酚通过催化氧化获得呋喃类、酚类、单环芳烃和多环芳烃,经过甲酰化或缩合途径获得香兰素类化合物,通过复配制备药物材料和固化剂等。综述了近年来愈创木酚的应用研发进展。
Guaiacol is an important intermediate for medicine,dyestuff and perfume.It is mainly produced by o-aminomethyl ether and catechol method.Guaiacol obtains furans,phenols,monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons through catalytic oxidation,vanillin compounds through formylation or condensation,and pharmaceutical materials and curing agents are prepared through compounding.This paper reviews the application and research progress of guaiacol in recent years.
