慢性肾脏病患者认知功能受损的相关机制分析 被引量:5

摘要 慢性肾病的各期都有发生认知功能障碍的高风险,而认知功能的降低又会影响慢性肾病患者的日常生活和治疗依从性,增加了患者的病死风险及社会公共卫生负担,已引起广泛的关注。但目前慢性肾脏病患者认知功能障碍的具体机制仍不清楚。本文总结了二者相关性的可能机制、相关指标以及受损的认知领域,以期为早期识别并延缓慢性肾病相关的认知功能受损提供相应理论依据。 Each stage of chronic kidney disease has a high risk of cognitive dysfunction.The decline of cognitive function will affect the daily life and treatment compliance of the patients with chronic kidney disease and increase the patients’risk of death and public health burden,which has aroused widespread concern.However,the specific mechanism of cognitive impairment in the patients with chronic kidney disease remains unclear.This paper summarizes the possible association mechanisms,related indicators,and impaired cognitive domains,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and slow down the progression of the cognitive impairment associated with chronic kidney disease.
