摘要
组织存在于双边乃至多边网络中,目标和利益的差异及资源的稀缺性使得组织间冲突不可避免地频繁发生。在企业管理实践中,组织间冲突的频繁发生,往往给冲突双方带来巨大破坏与损失。然而,既有研究更多聚焦于组织内部的冲突及其治理,而对组织间冲突关注不足。有鉴于此,本文结合管理学、法学、社会学、心理学、新闻传播学等交叉学科视角,系统阐释组织间冲突的分类、动因及其调节因素,以及处理方式和影响因素,并在此基础上提出一个整合性分析框架,从四个方面提出未来研究方向。
Organizations exist in bilateral and even multilateral networks.The differences in goals and interests and the scarcity of resources make inter-organizational conflicts frequent.In enterprise management,inter-organizational conflicts often bring great damage and loss to both sides of the conflict.However,the existing studies focus more on intra-organizational conflict and its governance,while paying less attention to the inter-organizational conflict.From interdisciplinary perspectives such as management,law,sociology,psychology,and journalism and communication,this paper systematically illustrates the classification,antecedents of inter-organizational conflict and their moderating factors,and also discusses the governance of inter-organizational conflict and its determinants.Finally,we put forward an integrated analytical framework on inter-organizational conflict and also propose future research directions from four aspects.
