基于学习动机的公安思政课改革与实践--以《思想道德与法治》为例 被引量:2

摘要 《思想道德与法治》是公安院校铸警育魂落实立德树人任务的关键课程,在分析课程与学生特点的基础上,坚持铸牢忠诚警魂的目标,以ARCS学习动机模型为理论基础,通过构建积极的思政课课堂文化、重构公安特色教学内容、设置分层次的教学目标、以教学问题解决为导向运用方法、进行可视化的学习行为考核、构建大思政文化育人等方法,打造具有“文化感、关联感、方向感、获得感、控制感、氛围感”的具有公安特色的活力课堂,以认知情感的干预促进学习行为在“听进去、说出来、动起来、写下来”四个维度的改变。 Ideological and political theory courses are key for police colleges to cultivate soul and carry out the task of building morality and cultivating people. Based on the analysis of the curriculum and the characteristics of students,ARCS learning motivation model is used in the teaching reform by constructing a positive classroom culture,reconstructing the teaching content with police characteristics,setting hierarchical teaching objectives,applying methods with the guidance of problem,carrying out visual learning behavior assessment and building big ideological and political culture education. The teaching reform help us to build a dynamic classroom with police characteristics,and with "sense of culture,sense of relevance,sense of direction,sense of gain,sense of control,sense of atmosphere". Cognitive affective intervention was used to promote the change of learning behavior in the four dimensions of "listening,speaking,moving and writing ".
