摘要
展览是图书馆的基础服务。文章对东中西部3个重点城市图书馆展览展开调研,运用预期重要性和参观满意度对比的IPA分析,检测出高质量发展面临的问题。究其原因,一是受展览思维定势影响,忽视图书馆展览的本质属性;二是受图书馆展览起步晚影响,蓬勃发展的条件尚不充分;三是受图书馆功能转型影响,策展面临专业化挑战;四是受展览专业化程度低影响,展览评估标准及方法不到位。究其根源,是未能解决藏用矛盾;而展览理论研究失衡是制约瓶颈。
Exhibition,a kind of basic library service,is currently facing high-quality developmental challenges.By means of Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA),this paper conducts a survey on the exhibitions held at the municipal libraries in three major cities of East,Central and West China respectively,attempting to find out the problems in library exhibition services. The reasons include:the stereotype about exhibition,ignoring the nature of library exhibitions;insufficient boom conditions in library exhibition as a late starter;challenges of increasing professionalism to exhibition planning influenced by library transformation;lack of standards and methods for exhibition evaluation due to low degree of specialization. This study suggests the source of the problems resides in the “contradiction between storage and utilization in libraries”;and the imbalance in theoretical studies has become the bottleneck for library exhibition planning.
