摘要
用Kistler测力仪,对ADC12铝硅合金进行TiAlN涂层刀具高速铣削试验,通过改变切削参数得到不同参数下的切削力变化规律。结果表明:高速铣削过程中,切削深度对切削力的影响最大,进给量次之;切削力随切削速度先增后减,存在一个临界速度;随铣削距离增加,刀具磨损状态改变使切削力急剧增加。
With the aid of Kistler dynamometer,the high speed milling experiment of ADC12 Al-Si alloy with TiAlN coating tool was carried out,and the cutting force variation rule under different parameters was obtained by changing the cutting parameters.The results show that the cutting depth has the greatest influence on the cutting force,followed by the feed.The cutting force increases and then decreases with the cutting speed,and there is a critical speed.With the increase of milling distance,the change of tool wear state will make the cutting force increase sharply.
