摘要
目的观察糖尿病足感染患者应用负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月期间临沂东山医院收治的60例糖尿病足感染患者为研究对象,依据患者的治疗方式将其分入观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者采用常规干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用VSD治疗。比较两组患者总有效率、创面愈合时间、平均换药次数、住院时间、再次感染率、治疗前后患者焦虑抑郁等负性心理评分、满意率。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,创面愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,平均换药次数、再次感染率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者焦虑抑郁等负性心理评分改善情况明显优于对照组,满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足感染患者应用VSD治疗具有良好的效果。
Objective To observe the effect of applying vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in patients with diabetic foot infection.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot infection admitted to Linyi Dongshan Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to their treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with routine intervention,while the patients in the observation group were treated with VSD on the basis of the control group.The total efficiency,wound healing time,average number of drug changes,hospital stay,reinfection rate,negative psychological scores such as anxiety and depression before and after treatment,and satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the wound healing time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the average number of drug changes and reinfection rate were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement of negative psychological scores such as anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with diabetic foot infection by applying VSD has good effect.
