摘要
目的研究健脾祛湿化痰降浊方辅助治疗肥胖型糖尿病前期的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月在南海区第八人民医院接受治疗的50例肥胖型糖尿病前期患者,采用摸球法分为两组,每组25例。参照组服用盐酸二甲双胍治疗,研究组服用盐酸二甲双胍联合健脾祛湿化痰降浊方。治疗3个月后,观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,研究组的空腹血糖(FPG)(5.56±0.53)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)(7.13±1.42)mmol/L、三酰甘油(TG)(4.45±0.33)mmol/L、体质指数(BMI)(23.15±1.02)kg/m~2均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.920、2.830、4.750、3.880,P<0.05);研究组临床治疗有效率(96.00%)明显高于参照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05)。结论肥胖型糖尿病前期患者采用健脾祛湿化痰降浊方辅助治疗,可显著降低患者血糖、血脂及体质指数,改善临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical effects of the formula for strengthening the spleen,dispelling dampness,resolving phlegm and lowering turbidity in the adjuvant treatment of obese pre-diabetes.Methods 50 cases of obese pre-diabetic patients treated at the Eighth People’s Hospital of Nanhai District from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups used the feeler ball method,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with metformin hydrochloride with the addition of the formula of strengthening the spleen,dispelling dampness,resolving phlegm and lowering turbidity.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG)(5.56±0.53)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)(7.13±1.42)mmol/L,triacylglycerol(TG)(4.45±0.33)mmol/L,and body mass index(BMI)(23.15±1.02)kg/m~2 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.920,2.830,4.750,3.880,P<0.05).The clinical treatment efficiency of the study group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment with the formula of strengthening the spleen,dispelling dampness,resolving phlegm and lowering turbidity in obese pre-diabetes can significantly reduce patients’blood glucose,blood lipids and body mass index,and improve clinical results.
