摘要
目的探讨在常规胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病基础上联合运动疗法的治疗价值。方法以2020年1月—2021年12月期间在漳州市第三医院接受治疗的200例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其凭借随机数表法进行分组,每组100例。对照组患者接受常规胰岛素治疗,观察组患者接受常规胰岛素+联合运动疗法。对比治疗后孕妇血糖控制效果、对胎儿脐动脉、肾动脉血流动力学的影响以及不良妊娠结局发生率情况。结果治疗后,相对于对照组,观察组的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖更低,观察组胎儿脐动脉、肾动脉血流动力学值更低,观察组不良妊娠结局发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受常规胰岛素+联合运动疗法取得了显著治疗效果,患者的血糖水平得到有效控制,胎儿脐动脉、肾动脉血流动力学水平以及不良妊娠结局发生率得以降低,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of conventional insulin therapy combined with exercise therapy in gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 200 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in Zhangzhou Third Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups by random number table method,100 cases per group.Patients in the control group received conventional insulin treatment,while patients in the observation group received conventional insulin+combined exercise therapy.The effect of blood glucose control,the effect on fetal umbilical artery and renal artery hemodynamics,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results After treatment,relative to the control group.the hemoglobin a1C,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower.The hemodynamic values of umbilical artery and renal artery were lower in the observation group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional insulin+combined exercise therapy for patients with gestational diabetes has achieved significant therapeutic effect,the blood glucose level of patients is effectively controlled,the fetal umbilical artery,renal artery hemodynamics and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes can be reduced,and the clinical application value is significant.
