摘要
目的:采用以水饱和正丁醇萃取法测定鸿茅健酒总皂苷含量,作为评价该产品的质量指标。方法:总皂苷在高氯酸的作用下与香草醛反应,产生紫红色,采用分光光度法测定在560 nm波长处测定吸光度,进行定量分析。结果:人参皂苷Re在0.096mg~0.288mg之间,呈良好的线性关系;重复性试验的相对标准偏差为3.3%,表明测定方法稳定。结论:可以作为鸿茅健酒质量评价的方法。
Objective:To determine the total saponin content of Hongmaojian wine by water-saturated n-butanol extraction method,and to evaluate the quality of the product.Methods:The total saponin reacted with vanillin under the action of perchloric acid to produce purple red.The absorbance was measured by spectrophotometry at 560 nm wavelength for quantitative analysis.Results:Ginsenoxire showed a good linear relationship between 0.096mg and 0.288mg.The relative standard deviation of repeatability test was 3.3%,indicating that the method was stable.Conclusion:This method can be used to evaluate the quality of Hongmaojian wine.
